This plugin bans players (exploiters) who somehow got OP or permission * if they aren't allowed to have it.
For example, player ProusHackTop used some exploit in server (like prefix in PermissionsEx/used NPC command to give him OP) and got permission " * " or OP. Now he can do anything, but he isn't in the allowed players to have list, so after some seconds he will be automatically banned.
If you want to add some player to allowed list (like yourself or your admins) just go to config.yml and add nicknames. Save and reload server.
Warning: If exploiter is so smart and server has Plugman plugin, he can just stop plugin and then he can be not banned, so you can change check-every-seconds to smaller value, maybe?
