1.14 updated and added a customizable kick broadcast message

added a config.yml you can now customise ban time ban message
ban broadcast message and kick broadcast message

removed broadcast message when a player kick's them self to reduce spam
on server side

removed the permission node for the kickmyself command to allow everyone on the server to kick them self.

there might be another update if you want the kick server broadcast to be removed
