Lightweight, powerful & configurable per world ban item plugin

Added "use" and "creative" options

v1.6:

Added new use option: ban the use (right click) of items (like lava_buckets, ender_pearl etc.)
Added new creative option: the ban will apply only if the player is in creative mode
Fixed rare issues when other plugins blocks this one
