A balloon is an applicable item for any tool/weapon and will give an effect & spawn a visual balloon while holding the item the balloon was applied to. The config is easy to use, and mostly everything is customizable and custom balloons are easily created. Comes with pre-made balloons, if you would like more effects to be added join discord:

Commands
/balloons -> displays all balloons from config into a gui
/balloons help -> displays commands in balloons plugin
/balloons give [key] -> gives the player a balloon of the specified config key.
/balloons admin -> displays the admin gui for balloons
/balloons reload -> reloads config
/balloons effects -> sends the command sender a list of premade effects
/balloons add [key] -> adds balloon to the item in hand

balloons.help -> /balloons help
balloons.give -> /balloons give [key]
balloons.admin -> /balloons admin
balloons.reload -> /balloons reload
balloons.effects -> /balloons effects
balloons.add -> /balloons add
