Permissions:
awakenlife.all : Total control over the plugin

awakenlife.awaken : Control over all of the awaken section
awakenlife.awaken.revive : Allows the player to use /awaken revive
awakenlife.awaken.kill : Allows the player to use /awaken kill
awakenlife.awaken.head : Allows the player to use /awaken head

awakenlife.life : Control over all of the Life Steal section
awakenlife.life.revive : Allows the player to use /life revive
awakenlife.life.sethearts : Allows the player to use /life setHearts, /life removeHearts and /life addHearts
awakenlife.life.gethearts : Allows the player to use /life getHearts
awakenlife.life.item : Allows the player to get hearts or heart revive stones

Or just give the person OP if you don't want to manager permissions
