- Added default display range option for chest holograms in config.yml to prevent hologram clutter

- menus config will update automatically if using default settings, if using custom settings you may want to update the menus.yml config manually
- Added support for %multiplier-name%, %multiplier-level%, %interval-name%, %interval-level% placeholders in chest holograms
- Fixed hologram hook not disabling when DecentHolograms was installed, even when disabled in config
