- Added .sh for Linux and .bat for Windows (make sure to chmod the .sh in Linux, otherwise you are not allowed to use it!)

- Added restartWaitTime (default: 1000ms), configurable in config.yml
- Added reloadWaitTime (default: 1000ms), configurable in config.yml
- Removed unnecessary lines from config.yml and plugin itself

Updated the windows startup just a bit so it restarts quicker.

I'm also back so I'll be updating the plugin monthly and maybe quicker any time soon.
