Updated this plugin to support the latest version of spigot

Cocoa can now be automatically replanted!

This comes with a new permission: "AutoReplant.replant.cocoa"

I have added in support for netherwart. There is now also a new permission, "AutoReplant.replant.netherwart" that goes along with this addition.

Small fix + updated jar, it was on the wrong version.

Added bstats. Feel free to disable this addition if preferred.

Fixed permission nodes. You can now specify exactly which crops you would like players to be able to replant automatically. Check the plugin description for more information on these permissions

Major code overhaul. This was done to set the foundation for the implementation of future changes to come. Code is now much cleaner and is ready for further development

I've migrated all the code over to a 1.17.1 build so that it is updated for the current version. More changes are to come soon, but now you can be confident that this will run in the latest Minecraft build

Added particle and sound effects on block break

Added in the /toggle command. This allows a player to enable/disable the auto-replant functionality, given that they have access to the AutoReplace.toggle permission

Added many more permission nodes, allowing for more customizablility
