Commands:
/antiswear /as - Shows plugin info and version.
/as help - Displays the help menu.
/as reload - Reloads the configuration and swear list (antiswear.mod)
/as new <word> - Adds a new swear word to the list (antiswear.mod)
/as delete <word> - Removes a swear word from the list (antiswear.mod)
/as list - Lists all currently blocked swear words
/as count - Shows total blocked messages and the top offenders
/as count <player> - Shows the number of offences for a specific player
/as clear - Clears the public chat for all players (antiswear.mod)
/as check - Manually checks for updates on SpigotMC

Known Bugs:

• The chat censorship function does not work, and the swear will still display on the chat, however punishments still work.
• /as toggle is supposed to lock the chat, the function is not yet complete so this does not work.
