Major code clean-up. Functionality stays the same.

Bug fix: if travelling through a high water current via soul sand and water, the minecart would shoot up hundreds of blocks into the sky rapidly. This is now fixed.

Version 1.2 sees a lot of changes and bug fixes.

• Created separate config file for player data [don't touch this ]
• Minecarts now travel at full speed on rails - like the Terraria minecarts (just press W!)
• Other minor bug fixes

- The config.yml file now has a section to toggle whether the cart disappears when exited
- Fixed bug where cart sometimes travels in one direction
