Make Item List switchable.

- Added MiniMessage support for all displayed messages and autograph form.
- Changed the structure of the configuration file; more detailed configuration of the plugin.
- Added the ability to erase autographs using a grindstone.
- Changed the command for erasing an autograph from objects. `/cleara` -> `/rma` or `remove-autograph`
