Fixed a bug where if you had silk touch and mined Copper it would duplicate the ore.

This is an update for 1.18

- Changed JDE from Eclipse to IntelliJ using Maven (For whoever knows what that is)

Pickaxe does not require the command /as to be toggled on and it supports fortune enchantment!

- Iron/Gold Ore mined with SilkTouch go straight to inventory
- Items drop on ground when inventory is full

This will automatically places the ORES in your inventory instead of INGOTS if you have a SilkTouch enchantment on your pick
