• I've tweaked the colors for the consoles a bit

Changed the rights for the teams:

• Made according to the standard without access to the teams
• For registration - authvh.register
• For authorization - authvh.login
• To manage accounts - authvh.admin
  

Changed the interaction with other plugins. Previously, if another plugin cancels some action, then my plugin did not allow it. Now all interactions except commands and chat have a low priority and when canceled from another plugin, they also do not work.
