Beta 1.3.12 - Minecraft 1.19.3 Support
Changes:
- Add support for Minecraft 1.19.3
- Update Simplified Chinese, Russian, and Korean messages
- Add EntityXpGainEvent for modifying XP of Fighting/Archery before multipliers
- Cancel out block loot if Slimefun block
- Prevent re-looting the same blocks over and over
