The CoinAPI and NickAPI are now voluntary to have in the server.
-> The plugin now works without them.

- Added a coin message if you gain coins

- Fixed invisible player after teleport
- Fixed countdownmessage even if enough players are online
- Fixed saving achievements

Fixed these things:
- Error if the server stopps
- Clear inventory if you switch to the build mode in the lobby period
- Tablist header & footer can be changed now
- Message if an argument is wrong of the "/aura setup ..." command
