Are you running a survival / factions server or do you have a big map? Does it consistently lag when players go exploring around the map loading chunks? Maybe this can help!

Async Chunk Unloader looks to unload chunks that don't need to be loaded, without putting much stress on the server. It does this by asynchronously unloading chunks after checking that they are not in use.

It is currently in use on my own server, which is 1.12.2 Magma (Paper / Forge hybrid). It seems to take a lot of pressure off the server due to mods loading and generating massive custom structures in already laggy chunks.

All options are at the top of the script, and they have detailed descriptions above each.
You can run the unloader manually and automatically, you can check if a unload is currently happening, and you can check how many chunks are loaded at any given time.

Command: /unloader, /unloader clear

Requires: Skript-Reflect for all versions

1.9 +: Skript 2.5.3

1.8.8: Skript 2.5.3 fork for 1.8 (Untested)
