fix(aotv): preserve rotation on teleport & cancel off-hand fall damage
- Set yaw/pitch on the destination Location and teleport once.
- Cancel FALL damage when holding AOTV in either hand.
- Bump Spigot API to 1.21.8.
- Change base package from me.vermeil to dev.mitra88.
