fixed GUI opening for items that can't have armor trims

Added survival mode feature

Plugin has been fully rewritten to provide better performance and fix all major & minor bugs from previous versions

Now there are new permissions:

armortrimedit.add (allows the player to add armor trims)
armortrimedit.remove (allows the player to remove armor trims)
armortrimedit.edit (allows the player to add and remove armor trims)
