ArchGPT - Dynamically Generated NPC Conversation -----
Give ChatGPT prompts to contextually aware Citizens NPCsJust adjusted some messages in lang.yml and removed an old unused one.
Added an option in config where you can list words you don't want players saying to the NPCs.
Changes:
- Better handling of NPC greetings
- More coherent responses when using short response limits
