Fixed integration bugs
configuration file has changed, integration is disabled by default, so when you load the plugin, it will not cause a bug even if the integration plugins are not loaded
added both uzbek and english information to spigot

- endi integratsiya uchun plugin o'rnatilmagan bo'lsa va configda integratsiya o'chirilgan bo'lsa plugin o'chib qolmaydi
- console xabarlari sozlandi va yangilandi (endi plugin yonayotganda integratsiyani ko'rsatadi)
- o'yinchilar o'zidan kichik yoki o'ziniki bilan teng ranklarni sotib ololmaydi
- endi config orqali shu holatda o'yinchiga yuboriladigan xabarni ham o'zgartirolasiz
- plugin donatlarni qaysi biri katta ekanini ularning "weight" parametridan aniqlaydi, shuning uchun luckpermsni sozlayotganda ehtiyotkor bo'ling!
- endi plugin o'yinchi donat sotib olganda, o'yinchini puli yetmaganda yoki shunaqa holatlarda ajoyib ovozlar chiqaradi

Fixed integration bugs
- now it desnt shut ups when dependencies not installed while integration is disable through configuration
- updated and fixed console messages (nowon plugin shows integration perfectly)
- players can't buy donate if it is lower or equal to their own donate
- you can change message that sends to player when this happen through configuration
- plugin determines which donate is bigger with their weights so you should set weights carefully in luckpperms!
- now plays epic sounds when player purchases donate or doesn't have money etc.

- fixed some bugs that related to the config
- fixed error with version visibility on the statup
- and some mini stuffs
