Four features add! New command /enchanting opening pocket enchanting table
Second I'll add customizable message of lack permissions and permission node for each command!
Thirdly add HEX support for all messages!
Fourthly.. added checking the contents of the config

Sorry for long absence of updates, v2.0 is planned to be released soon, but for the future version and current one, use Paper!

I temporarily released an update, but only for 1.13.2:

• Fixed a bug when a player's item was erased in GUI
• Written using NMS
