Plugin now supports versions up to 1.18.1

The plugin will now work with versions from 1.15.x to 1.17.x as intended

- Fixed config setting where console would spam repair blocks upon every anvil use
- Updated the plugin to work correctly with the 1.17.1 spigot API.

Patch V1.2.2 changes:

• Added procedural anvil repairing
• Cleaned up code, created new methods used multiple times

If you see a NullPointerExeption error while loading the plugin please remove the configuration file and restart the server.
