Small patch to fix a potential console error relating to index out of bounds.

IMPORTANT: You have to delete the old config.yml file and update the plugin from 1.0.5 to 1.0.6 before restarting your server.

- Added Item Blacklist as suggested by @dudimsp2
- Added Vanilla Blacklist this will only affect items that are blacklisted to also be blacklisted for the vanilla rename without colors by default this config options is false/disabled.
