Ant's HarvesterHoe (Lite)

Just a simple plugin that does as it's meant to.

Current Features:
- Harvest Sugarcane straight to your inventory.
- Use and Give permissions
- Give command so it can work with Webstores/Crates
- Customizable Name and Lore

Permissions:
- harvesterhoe.use | Use a HarvesterHoe
- harvesterhoe.help | Disaply the help message
- harvesterhoe.give | Give others or yourself a HarvesterHoe

Future updates will include:
- Full crops support
- Auto-Sell upgrade
- Most likely bug fixes
- Maybe a built in Leader-board.
