Simple plugin based on Guava caching that cut off redstone loops that give so much updates at blocks- Removed debug spam
- Fixed normal loops detection. Now plugin does not fail when minecraft ticks normal loops
- Updated default setting for updates-limit. Made some tests and decided that limit of 150 could be downgrated to 60 without vanilla mechanics break
