How It Works:
When a player places redstone:

1. Checks if blocking mode is enabled
2. If player is in Creative mode and Creative bypass is allowed, skip blocking
3. Otherwise, cancels the block placement event
4. Displays warning message (if enabled)
5. Plays sound effects and particle effects (if enabled)
6. Logs the violation
7. Increments player's violation count

Instant Removal Option:

• If "remove-placed-redstone" is enabled, redstone will be immediately replaced with the configured block type

• Full LogManager Integration: Seamlessly works with the existing LogManager system
• Violation System Compatible: Integrates with the current kick/ban violation system
