How to install:
Installing the plugins is basically placing the jar file which you can download from above into your plugins folder of your server.

Setup config:
For the configuration there are a few options.
1: you can either enable or disable whether you want to auto check if there are to many entities in a chunk or not.
2. you can set a timer when to check the entities. Something like this: 1h10m15s
3. Set the maximum entities allowed per chunk.
4. change the message that a player will receive when there are to many entities in the chunk, and he tries to breed them.
