Now, if someone doesn't have permission to use AntiCC, "Unknown command. Type "/help" for help." message will appear instead of "You do not have permission to execute this command!".

This update doesn't change anything big, but now version is shown correctly, and I added new version system, so I can easily change it without problems.

Now, you can use blocked commands if you have AntiCC.Admin permission!

If you don't want to let admins use blocked commands, change admin-can-use option to false in config.
