Light & configurable, stops bone meal from being used in hand and also in dispensers.This plugin is still alive! I've cleaned up the project a little bit and it's now
open-source, built with Maven, and licensed under MIT (more permissive). No new features or fixes. Still works on 1.21 with the same five-year-old code.
