Fix chat issues with this plugin and you'll be fine.

Bad code that breaks a lot of chat plugin functionality. All it does is cancel any chat messages, then replaces it with a broadcast of what was said.

This is kinda bad since in the desc the dev is saying that hes canceling chat packet but when we check the code he doesnt even use packets
