This skript will prevent people from lagging out your server with armor stands!

Well, mostly!

- Blocks armor stands from spawning if there is 5 in a 16 block radius
- Every 10 minutes it will clear all dropped items and unarmed armor stand
- If an armor stand is armored it will look for armor stands in a 2 block radius that has armor, if there is more than 5 that armor stand will also be killed
- When an armor stand spawns if there is more than 100 armor stands in the world it will not allow an armor stand to be spawned
- A /forceclear command (or whatever you set it to in the config) that does the clear lag.
