Config improvements:

• Auto-Updater for config.yml and announcements.yml → Never lose your settings!
• Your changes will stay, only new missing options will be added automatically.
  

Plugin will check if you have the newest version.

You are now able to play sound with the new annoucement!

Better hexa support and config updated - no more need to reregenerate the .yml files with new plugin version.
