Announcer -----
Announce messages to all players via chat, actionbar or titleA minecraft server plugin to announce different messages to the players.
Types

Types
- Chat - simple message in chat
- ActionBar - message will be shown in the action bar
- Title - will send a title (+ subtitle)
- Join - will be sent to a player when he joins
