Adds powerful, customizable tools with special abilities like 3x3 mining, instant tree chopping, and Usage Guide
Commands:

- /tools give <player> drill – Gives a 3x3 unbreakable mining pickaxe.
- /tools give <player> sellaxe – Gives an axe that breaks entire trees with one hit.
- /tools give <player> treechopper – Gives an axe that sells all items in a chest on right-click.
- Open the config.yml file to:
- Enable/disable specific tools.
- Set self-destruction behavior and conditions.
- Customize messages and tool names.
- Enable/disable specific tools.
- tools.give – Allows access to the /tools give command.
- More permission nodes can be added in future updates.
