This update changes the codebase from classic library access to Maven and updates to Java 1.17
Use this version for minecraft 1.19 and above. Please use version 1.3 if your server runs an older version of minecraft.

I did a complete code review to be more "java style" compliant. Now compiled with Java 1.8 so it should work with servers running java 1.8.
