A method of communication for staffs
permission aid.staff
command:- /staffchat alias /s or /sc

New Feature:-
1) Universal perms:- aid.staff for staff members
2) Staff Vanish- command /vanish(perm aid.staff)
3) AID messages can be now configured in config.yml file
plugin now supports minecraft color codes.
