Fixed issues with GUI in 1.18.2

We added a new feature to our messaging API which is called "Critical"

Critical messages are the same as Warnings but they will be also cached until one person that is allowed to receive Warnings gets online, then all cached messages will be sent to them and will be cleared.
With this system, Messages that seem to be Critical will be delivered to server staff directly if none is online.

More features have been added to be used by extensions and other plugins.

With this update, AGMCore is now compatible with 1.18
Also, API1_18 has been added.

You don't need to update AGMEnchants and AGMRanks, All compatibility is done in this version.

With this HUGE update, I repeat THE HUGE update, we added lots of optimizations and features to be used in other plugins.
It is also 1.17 compatible and should not break with the 1.18 update too.

With this update, lots of features have been added to the plugin which will be used by AGMRanks 4.0 and AGMEnchants 4.0

It is also recommended to back up config files and remove them to let the plugin regenerate the default plugins and then update them again.
