This just corrects a bug where the plugin was showing as version 1.0-SNAPSHOT in /plugins or /version.

This update doesn't add any new features, it just moves the Kotlin libraries to the correct place in the jar file. (If you don't know what any of that means, it doesn't really matter! Nothing changes for you.)
