Changed the permission 'afk.bypass' - a player that has that permission will bypass the AFK timer and will not go AFK

Added the 'afk.bypass' - a player that has that permission will be declared as AFK after a second.
In addition, the check for an integer in the /afktime command has been implemented

Fixed mistakes in the description of 'afk.timechange' permission

Fixed the following bugs:

• wrong permissions set for the /afk command
• lack of permissions for the /afkTime command
• error occurring when a player closes their game while their inventory is open

It's now possible to add commands for when a player goes AFK and un-AFK's:
In order to activate it, change the corresponding value to true and add/change the commands as you wish!

Fixed an issue where every player online will be registered as AFK after a set amount of time

It's now possible to cancel any of the following from disabling the afk effect:
player movement
commands that are executed by the player
chat interaction
interaction with the environment
inventory interactions
