Edited the debug message for the Y value (the debug msg to console)

More descriptive console logging to avoid confusion

Adds console logging to the iris dungeon populator.
NOTE: This plugin still generate dungeons with all world generator

Started logging dungeon creation to console now for better logging.

Added configurable option for msging all operators when new dungeons are created.

Resource staff deleted one of the updates which contained the skull/head bug fix, I had to republish to include the bug fix.
