Configuring restrictions and permissions for teleport actions

Description:
Settings to restrict player actions, including teleport limitations in spectator mode and world-specific restrictions.

Default Config Settings:

• Spectator Settings
  • disable_spectator_teleport: `true`
    Disables teleportation in spectator mode without the specified bypass permission.
    
  • bypass_permission: `"at.bypass.spectator"`
    Grants permission to bypass spectator teleport restrictions.
    
  • error_message: `"§cYou are not allowed to teleport in spectator mode."`
    Displays this message when teleporting in spectator mode is denied.
    
  • log: `true`
    Logs each denied spectator teleport attempt to the console.
• World Teleportation Restrictions
  • disable_teleport_in_worlds:
    A list of worlds where teleportation is restricted. Example:
    `- world_name_here`
    
  • bypass_permission: `"at.bypass.world"`
    Grants permission to bypass world teleport restrictions.
    
  • error_message: `"§cYou are not allowed to teleport to this world."`
    Displays this message when teleporting to restricted worlds is denied.
