A shop-sign plugin that does what it says on the tin, but doesn't exceed it. Due to being made out of signs instead of UI, it feels much less modern than it could be. And the placeholderAPI stuff seems to be broken, leading to it being un-integratable with my server system. It works fine for people who just need to sell access to certain areas, but I need to integrate buying regions as part of my server tutorial, so unfortunately I will be coding a region-sign system myself. Bye-bye, ARM, you did your job <3

I cannot seem to disable the ability for others to place blocks (they cant destroy), Not unsure if they is with world guard or the this.

It has performance problems, if you install this plugin and someone finds a way to crash your server, it is super easy, it is not recommended to use it until the developer fixes it... But it never responds.

Once the plugin gets reloaded it forgets about every region created. Tired to go to the discord for support and there is no support there. Plugin needs to be fixed. Great idea but doesnt work.

Needed a replacement for AreaShop, found this plugin (even including an importer for Areashop!), had some minor issues with the importer, wrote a ticket via discord, received an answer within a couple of minutes, fixed the issue.

Plugin functions do not work as intended, rented plots are not automatically reset and keep the owner forever even after expiry. All functions activated but still completely unusable.

Support? No, there is not. My ticket in Discord was unanswered for over 3 months. Have now switched to another plugin.

Suggestion: Add a permission that allows moderators to only delete regions of a certain type. Example that explains this better: I want to make a village and add a mayor to it, but I just want to allow that mayor to delete regions of the village that I put him as mayor

Best region plugin I have used. There is so much packed into this plugin to mention here, such as the ease of using Presets for different region types is amazing. You don't even have to type out the signs for every single region. Just click the region, click a blank sign, and you're done.

The only one of its kind that is actively updated and working. You cannot compete with that. Support is good (I do not count requested features as support), but is lacking in clarity for some of its more advanced systems.

Documentation on the regionkinds and region groups really needs to be revisited, on the Discord server barely anyone knows how to use them properly and at this time of writing no tutorial exists.

A conditional auto sell feature does not exist, nor per region permissions for resetting a region. Admin commands cannot be ran from console and the plugin does not recognize region placeholders from Skript, thus making it nigh impossible to create this functionality yourself.

If you have no reason to ever evict your players through automated means (other than running out of money or time for your rental), then this plugin has everything you could ever want! <3 <3

But one thing, is there an option to specify the blocks players are able to place on a region when they buy the region? I want to use the plugin to sell farmlands so I would want the players to be able to place only crops.

try to create a city plot 500 x 500 and when i place a sell sign it crashes my server please fix this.... i can sell 100 x 100 and the sigh auto create price anything over that and crashing my server.. like the plugin just fix that pls.

Overall a good plugin, I do wish it had a bit more customizable options, such as GUI names, Custom Area Signs, and the ability to allow users to do a command and default to the region they are standing in without typing the region name. If they don't have permission give them an error message.

A dedicated and active developer who updates regularly. A good alternative to popular unmaintained region market plugins.

Incredible! This is exactly what any Server with predefined Regions needs. It just delivers the Full Package.. even self resetting regions.. a nice simple gui and ofc many other features! wouldnt even know what function to wish for in a premium version
