This is an admin chat plugin that has more features including more placeholders, reload, more configurable config file. All of that

CONFIG:
The config can be changed! You can change what placeholders are being used, the message format and the invalid permission message!

PERMISSIONS:
adminonly.chat: Use this permission for people that you want to send and receive Admin Only messages.
adminonly.reload: Use this permission to allow certain users to reload the config file.
adminonly.notify: Use this permission for users that you want to get notified when there is an update. (IE: Owners or Devs)

COMMANDS:
/ao <message>: Send a message to anyone that has the adminonly.chat permission.
/aoreload: Reloads the config file that includes the formats.
