Permissions:
- staffchat.use
- staffchat.see
- staffchat.fix

Commands:
- /sc or /staffchat (either just type /staffchat and it will toggle staffchat or type /staffchat yourmessage and it will send a message in staffchat)
- /fix (use /fix playername to reset all variables for a user, mostly for debugging purposes)

Other Features:
- Adding "#" to the start of your message sends it in staff chat
