AdvancedMobAI 1.2-beta: Supportive Witches!
IMPORTANT: To ensure all new features and configurations are available, please delete your old config.yml file before running the new version of the plugin. A fresh config.yml with all new default values will be generated upon startup.

This AdvancedMobAI 1.2-beta update adds a new strategic layer to combat with the implementation of the Supportive Witch AI and attempts to fix a reported issue with Creepers.

New Features and Changes:
Introducing the Supportive Witch AI:

• Witches now pose a tactical threat! They can throw beneficial potions at nearby hostile mobs to strengthen them in combat.
  
  
• This ability only triggers if a player is within a configurable range (but not too close), preventing players from accidentally receiving the beneficial effects.
  
  
• By default, Witches can throw Resistance, Strength, Invisibility and Speed potions at their allies.
  
  
• Mobs that can receive this support by default include Zombies, Skeletons, Creepers, and Spiders.
  
  
• This entire mechanic is highly configurable in config.yml under the new witch_ai.supportive_ai section. You can adjust:
  
  • The ability's cooldown.
    
    
  • Player and ally detection ranges.
    
    
  • Potion types, their duration, amplifier, and the chance of being thrown.
    
    
  • The list of mobs that can be considered "allies".
    

Fixes and Improvements:

• Attempted Fix for Creeper Cross-World AI: A potential fix has been implemented for a reported issue where Creepers could scan for entities across different worlds. We were unable to replicate this bug during testing, so this change is based on the initial report. If you continue to experience this issue after updating, please report it again with as much detail as possible on how to reproduce it so we can investigate further.
  
  
• Minor code optimizations for improved overall plugin stability.
