Currently only Hats work.
+ You can add up to 21 Hats.
+ You can remove your own hat.
+ Every hat has its own permission.

+ After Teleporting there is a nice animation. (You can disable it if you want to)

The settings Item can currently only change the glass color of all Inventories.
Nearly everything is configurable.
