commands:

/pchat <name of the chat> <text you want to send in the private chat>

you can also do /pchat <name of the chat> for set it and then u always chat in that chat, same command for unset it

admin chat:
/pchatsadmin <create> <nameofthechat> <Prefix in the chat> <color of the chat (only in the message)>

for the color u have to put the & <-- for specific color

example:
/pchatsadmin create test &6Test &a

/pchatsadmin <cdelete> <nameofthechat>



Permission:
chats.nameofthechat (give access to the chat)
chats.spyall (give access the EVERY chat)
chats.admin (give access to the admin chat commands)
