I think it's an easy Plugin, to comtrol your server.
It's very easy to undersatnd it, but there is an issue:

It's an NullPointerExeption in your line 21 and 104.
(If you want more Informations what the errors are, write an Response)

but all in one a good and Simple Plugin.
