Update to work with the last BulMultiverse version, and plugin is not in beta since there is no bugs

Update to handle void chunk for default world. Add the command /setvoid to set the chunk where the user are to be void. And you can now disable or enable commands in config

Update API to work with the new version of BulMultiverse.

Now the commands and flags added by this addons will be display in help and flags commands. The old VoidWorld don't work anymore, you need this new version.
