paper 1.16.5 not working

The team selector is not working perfectly it just puts me and my alt into gray and pink team when solo=arena. and puts me and my alt in the same team
with teams-arena and there is no other teams so its kinda not good/playable.
please fix it if its is the selector issue or the plugin issue

when we select a team, we get assigned a random team, like when i select blue team i randomly go to gray team
other than that this is kool :)

You could add: that the name of the item (wool) be changed, by the color of the team where you belong?

Example:
